Cancellation and No-Show Conditions

Cancellation of bookings paid via the AAA Tourism book and pay system will attract the cancellation penalties advised on the Aquarelle section of that site.

Cancellation of bookings paid as a result of telephone or email contact direct with Aquarelle will be refunded (less $25 admin fee) upon acknowledged receipt of 72 hours prior notice in off-peak travel times and 30 days prior to booking commencement for peak holiday periods between Christmas and end of January.

Failure to arrive for a booking will result in deduction of an amount equal to the total first night accommodation from the credit card provided by the client to confirm the booking.  This transaction will occur on the day following the first nights booking.

 

Booking Conditions

During the following Peak Seasons a minimum stay of 2 nights is generally applied:

• Easter - Thursday before Good Friday to Tuesday after Easter Monday
• Christmas/New Year - Boxing Day to the middle of January
